Tiggerific Meatloaf
- 3 lb ground beef
- 1 envelope oinion soup mix
- 1 dash adobo seasoning
- 1 cup green peppers
- 1 cup celery
- 1 1/2 cup minced garlic
- 2 packages goya sazon seasoning
- 1/2 cup louisianna supreme chicken wing sauce(preferably the natural butter)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 ketchup (you be the judge of the amount)
- 1 dash soul seasoning or season salt
- Mix all seasonings with the ground beef in a large aluminum pan or whatever you are cooking the meatloaf.
- Use your hands to really get everything involved.
- Add the eggs and bread crumbs.
- Turn the oven on to 375, every hour continue to check the meatloaf
- After a good hour and half or until about done pour the ketchup on top (upon preference)
- Let it finish cooking, when done enjoy!
