Mexican White Cheese Dip - Irvixen Style

  1. Cube cheese and mix with milk and water in large, microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high until completely melted, stirring every 2 minutes (mine took 8 minutes).
  3. Stir pickled jalapeno, jalapeno juice and siracha into the cheese.
  4. Serve up an individual portion, drizzle with sweet chili sauce and serve with tortilla chips of choice!
