Mexican White Cheese Dip - Irvixen Style
- 1 lb White American cheese (I use Velveeta)
- 1/3 cup Each, water and milk
- 1 Finely diced PICKLED jalapenos (I use mild)
- 3 tbsp Pickled jalapeno juice
- 1 Squirt siracha sauce
- 1 Sweet chili sauce
- 1 packages Tortilla chips
- Cube cheese and mix with milk and water in large, microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high until completely melted, stirring every 2 minutes (mine took 8 minutes).
- Stir pickled jalapeno, jalapeno juice and siracha into the cheese.
- Serve up an individual portion, drizzle with sweet chili sauce and serve with tortilla chips of choice!
