Dorothy's Prize Peach Pie Recipe
- 1 1/2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. sliced peaches
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (9") unbaked pie shell
- Mix tapioca, sugar, peaches, and lemon juice.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- For topping, cut butter into flour and sugar.
- Add in pecans.
- Sprinkle over peach mix.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
