Crostini with Grilled Steak, Arugula & Roasted Red Peppers

  1. Grill baguette slices on medium-high heat 20 to 30 sec.
  2. on each side or just until grill marked on both sides.
  3. For each serving: Spread each of 2 baguette slices with about 1/2 tsp.
  4. (2 mL) dressing; top with 1 arugula leaf, 1/3 oz.
  5. (10 g) meat and about 1/2 Tbsp.
  6. (7 mL) peppers.
  7. Drizzle with 1/2 tsp.
  8. (2 mL) of the remaining dressing.
