What's In This? Dip Recipe

• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (this brand only)
• 1 (6 ounce.) can water chestnuts, minced
• 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach

1. Defrost and thoroughly drain spinach, (don't cook).
2. Combine spinach with all remaining ingredients and chill overnight.
3. Great with pumpernickel rounds or possibly as a dip for fresh veggies.
4. Makes 4 c..
