Peaches And Cream

  1. Drain peaches; reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
  2. Arrange peaches in deep 10-inch greased pie pan.
  3. Cream butter or margarine; add egg, then milk, flour, baking powder, flour and pudding.
  4. Cover peaches with batter.
  5. Cream together cream cheese, peach juice and sugar.
  6. Spread over batter to within 1-inch of sides.
  7. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
