Peaches And Cream
- 1 (28 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (4.6 oz.) pkg. vanilla cook and serve jello pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. peach juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Drain peaches; reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
- Arrange peaches in deep 10-inch greased pie pan.
- Cream butter or margarine; add egg, then milk, flour, baking powder, flour and pudding.
- Cover peaches with batter.
- Cream together cream cheese, peach juice and sugar.
- Spread over batter to within 1-inch of sides.
- Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
