Dutch Meatloaf
- 1 1/2 pounds ground meat
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces tomato sauce with onions
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 each eggs
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Mix meat, breadcrumbs, 1/2 tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper.
- Shape into loaf.
- Combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 tomato sauce.
- Pour over meat.
- Bake at 350F (180C) for 75 minutes.
