Thailand Corn Fritters Recipe

  1. Drain corn and mash with potato masher.
  2. Beat till light the 2 Large eggs and add in to corn.
  3. Add in flour, baking pwdr, and nutmeg.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet and when very warm drip batter in by Tbsp.
  5. full.
  6. Brown bottom of cakes; turn them over and brown other side.
  7. Serve immediately with a little canned mushroom soup as sauce.
  8. Some people serve syrup with the fritters.
  9. Makes a good luncheon dish.
