Beau Monde Dip
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 16 ounces mayonnaise, preferabbly dukes
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) jar dried beef, chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 tablespoon beau monde seasoning, made by spice islands
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Refrigerate at least 2-3 hours, best if left over night.
- Serve with rye or pumpernickel bread cubes or fresh cut up veggies.
