Blackened Beef Recipe

• 1 lb Beef tenderloin
• 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
• 2 tsp Fennel seed pn Cayenne pepper

1. Season the beef with a mix of the curry pwdr, fennel seeds, and cayenne.
2. Grill the beef over warm coals to the desired doneness.
