Bean Nachos Recipe

• 1 can (16 ounce.) pork and beans
• 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
• Tortilla chips
• Finely minced green/red peppers
• Shredded Cheddar cheese

1. Mash pork and beans with fork.
2. Stir in Tabasco.
3. Place 1 teaspoon bean mix on each chip.
4. Top with peppers and cheese.
5. Place on cookie sheet and broil till cheese melts.
6. Makes 1 1/2 c. bean mix.
