Rosa Marina Soup - Tomato Basil Soup

  1. Melt butter or margarine in large saucepan.
  2. Add carrots, onion, celery and garlic.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add flour and cook and stir an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients, except milk, and simmer covered for 10 to 15 minutes or until orzo and veggies are tender.
  6. Stir in hot milk, heating through, but do not boil.
  7. Serve immediately.
