Tater-Topped Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA Casserole
- 1-1/2 lb. ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, well drained Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 6 oz. Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 2 cups ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain.
- Stir in tomatoes; spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until casserole is heated through and potatoes are golden brown.
