Baked Pears In Caramel Sauce

  1. Cut pears in half lengthwise.
  2. Arrange, cut side down on lightly greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.
  4. Bake at 400* for 35 minutes or until tender.
  5. Pour whipping cream over pears.
  6. Bake 10 more minutes, basting frequently.
