Fast Buffalo Chicken Pizza
- 6 ounces, weight Chicken Breast
- 2 whole Hoagie Rolls
- 3/4 cups Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cups Ranch Dressing, To Serve
- Boil chicken.
- Meanwhile, cut hoagie rolls in half lengthwise.
- Slather on hot sauce (to taste) and sprinkle on chicken and cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Leaving the pizza in the oven too long will leave the bread hard, but make sure the cheese is melted through.
- Serve with ranch dressing or more hot sauce.
