Juicy Steak Rolls Made Easy with Thinly Sliced Beef

  1. Spread out two slices of beef on top of a clean surface, and sprinkle with cake flour.
  2. (Spread it out evenly with a tea strainer if possible.)
  3. Roll it up carefully.
  4. Line up both ends for a nicer result.
  5. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 until the rolls reach your desired thickness, and secure the overlaps with flour dissolved in water.
  6. Chill it in the fridge if you have the time (to make it easier to cut), cut into your desired portion sizes, and season with salt and pepper right before frying.
  7. Melt the beef fat in a frying pan, and cook over a medium strong heat until it changes color all over.
  8. Top with your favorite sauce, and it is ready.
  9. Here's a steak sauce with shallots and wine:

beef, flour, salt, steak sauce
