Green-Bean Bake a la Campbell's
- 1 can (10 ounces) Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 9-ounce packages frozen french-cut green beans, defrosted, cooked and drained
- 1 can (2 8/10 ounces) french-fried onions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a casserole, mix the soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the beans and half the onions.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
- Stir.
- Top with the remaining onions.
- Bake 5 to 10 minutes more, until the onions are golden brown.
