Ramen la Ruru
- 1 cup noodles
- 200 grams chicken kebab or something similer
- 2 stick spring onions
- 1 egg
- 1/4 Chinese cabbage
- 1 Basil leaves
- 1 chili sauce
- 1 slice lemon
- Chop the onions and put them in a pan with the chicken kebab.
- Fried it Max 5 min.
- Put in a pot 300 millimeters water to boil.
- Then put the cup noodles and fallow the instruction on the noodles package.
- (add the spices from the noodle cup package and mix.)
- Now the onions and the kebab are ready leave it aside and put the egg into the boiling noodles for max 2min.
- Chop the Chinese cabbage in tiny slices.
- Now remove the boiling noodles away.
- Take deep large plate put the noodles in then the cabbage and in the end the meat.
- Add chili sauce over the meat and the lemon over the cabbage.
