Chicken Or Beef Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Cut chicken or possibly beef into 1/4 inch strips.
  2. Put sufficient soy sauce in bottom of a large skillet to cover.
  3. Saute/fry meat till brown.
  4. Add in approximately 3 c. water and bouillon cubes.
  5. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1/2 hour.
  6. Add in vegetables and slowly cook till meat and vegetables are done.
  7. Thicken juice with a little corn starch.
  8. Serve over a bed of white rice.
