Flavor of the Philippines! Pork Cooked in Coconut Milk

  1. Slice the pork meat into pieces about 2 cm wide.
  2. Thinly slice the ginger and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Cut the green chili diagonally.
  4. Heat a pan and add oil, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Fry over low heat until fragrant and light brown.
  6. It is a very slow fry, about 5 minutes.
  7. Add pork and stir until cooked through.
  8. Then pour in the coconut milk.
  9. Mix together lightly and bring it to boil.
  10. Season with salt and pepper and add green chili pepper and bell pepper.
  11. Keep the heat low and simmer for another 6-7 minutes until the coconuts milk thickens slightly.
  12. It will be like this picture once the sauce reduces down.
  13. Done.
