Peanut Butter Granola Ice Cream (Vegan)

  1. Blend ingredients in blender until you reach pancake batter-like consistency.
  2. If too thin, add more peanut butter.
  3. If too thick add more soymilk.
  4. If not sweet enough, add vegan maple syrup or agave nectar.
  5. Pour ice cream into freezer container, layering with crushe'd granola or cereal.
  6. Serve topped with more granola and/or fresh bananas.
