Cashew Chicken and Broccoli
- 3 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lb Broccoli Florets
- 1 packages Chinese Brown Sauce
- 1/2 cup Cashews
- 1 can waterchesnuts
- 1 parmesan cheese
- Cut chicken up into bite size pieces cook on medhigh in 2 those butter bout 10 min.
- Until no longer pink.Take out of skillet and place to the side till needed
- Use the other 2 tbls of butter and cook the broccoli med heat till tender
- Once the broccoli is tender add chicken back to pan.Pour the Chinese brown sauce in and mix well.Let simmer bout 5-7 MIN then add cashews and Parmesan.
- Can be served with rice or noodles
