St. Louis Red (sweet BBQ sauce)
- 4 cup ketchup
- 10 oz A-1 steak sauce
- 10 oz heinez 57 sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/3 cup worshire sauce
- 1/3 cup Dark Karo syrup
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup moleassas
- 1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke ( mesquite)
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- Combine, ketchup, A-1,57 sauce, worshire, Karo,honey, moleassas, and remaining ingredients in Med pot, simmer under med-hi heat for 5 mins.
- Let cool to room temp.
- Yields 2 Qts, keep in glass jar will keep for 6 months
