Blue Cheese Tenderloin Steaks Recipe

  1. Preparation Time: 22 min Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt, onion and pepper; reserve.

  3. Place the steaks on a rack in the broiler pan so the surface of the meat is 2 to 3 inches from th heat.
