Barbecue Sauce (Justin Wilson) Recipe
- 3 c. Onions, minced
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 c. Sweet pepper, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1/2 c. Parsley, dry
- 3 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins
- 1 c. Dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp Mint, dry
- 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Liquid smoke
- 2 c. Ketchup
- 1/2 Tbsp. Louisiana warm sauce
- Place all ingredients in a pot which is big sufficient to hold them.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cook, covered, on low heat for several hrs.
