Fall Harvest Ham

• 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
• 4 slices whole wheat bread
• 4 lettuce leaves
• 2 KRAFT Big Slice Swiss Cheese Slices
• 10 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Bold Maple Honey Ham
• 1/2 apple, cut into 8 thin slices Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09

1. Mix mayo and mustard; spread onto bread slices.
2. Fill with remaining ingredients to make 2 sandwiches.
