Tangy Red Onion Quesadilla
- 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Red Onion
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Sea Salt
- 1 whole Tortilla
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 3 slices Deli-sliced (thin) Ham Or Turkey
- 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
- 1.
- Finely chop the red onion and put it in a small bowl.
- Cover with red wine vinegar and marinate while preparing the quesadilla.
- 2.
- Sprinkle sea salt onto a nonstick pan.
- Put the tortilla on the pan and press down to get the sea salt onto the tortilla.
- Cover tortilla with shredded cheddar cheese (use as much as youd like).
- Turn the heat to medium.
- 3.
- Tear the cold cuts into smallish pieces and sprinkle on the cheesy tortilla.
- Sprinkle the marinated red onion pieces onto the tortilla with your fingers.
- You will get your hands messy!
- Drip a little extra red wine vinegar onto the tortilla for an extra kick.
- 4.
- Fold over the tortilla and press again into the pan.
- Flip it over and press again.
- Serve when lightly browned and cheese is melted.
- Dollop sour cream on top.
