Baked Ribs with Chinese Sauce
- 4 lbs lean country-style spareribs
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 12 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 green onions, chopped
- Arrange ribs in one layer in baking dish.
- Combine soy sauce, chilli sauce, honey sherry garlic& onion.
- Brush on ribs and marinate overnight.
- Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours basting occasionally.
