Aunt Linda's Soon To Be Famous Sauce Recipe

  1. In a LARGE pot brown meat, garlic, and onions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add in tomatoes, paste, and all spices.
  4. If it seems too thick add in a can of water.
  5. Simmer at least 2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  6. During the last hour check the thickness and add in water if you feel the need.
  7. This can be kept in sealed jars in the fridge for 4-5 weeks without the grnd beef.
  8. It can also be canned or possibly frzn without the grnd beef.
