Bloody Mary Oyster Shooter Recipe
- 4 ounce tomato juice, chilled
- 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice + 1 lemon wedge
- 3 x shakes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 x shakes Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp freshly grnd pepper
- 3 ounce lemon vodka, chilled
- 2 Tbsp. celery salt or possibly regular salt
- 4 x oysters, shucked
- 1 tsp freshly grated Horseradish
- In a small pitcher, mix tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt, pepper, and vodka.
- If fresh horseradish is not available, add a 1/4 tsp.
- of prepared horseradish.
- Moisten the rim of 4 shot glasses with the lemon wedge, then touch the rim down on a small plate of celery salt.
- Fill shot glasses 3/4 of way with bloody Mary mix, then drop an oyster in each glass and sprinkle with horseradish.
