Biscochitos (Mexican Wedding Cookies) Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Roll dough out on a floured surface and cut into circles with a round cookie cutter.
  3. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10 min.
  4. While still hot, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Yields: 4 dozen.
