Luby'S Pan-Grilled Fish(Lo-Fat)

  1. Combine water, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix flour, paprika and seasoned salt. Preheat electric skillet to 325u0b0 of place a heavy skillet on the stove and preheat on medium-high. Dip fish fillets in liquid mixture and then place in flour mixture, covering completely. Shake off excess flour and place fillets, meat side down, in greased preheated pan. Cook 6 to 7 minutes, depending on the thickness, then turn over and cook until firm to touch (about 6 minutes more).
  2. Garnish each with a sprig of parsley and a lemon twist.
  3. Serves 6.
