Smoked Salmon Cucumber Cups
- 3 oz Smoked Salmon
- 3 each Cucumbers
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Wasabi Paste (or more to taste)
- 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
- Peel cucumber lengthwise, leaving three dark green strips.
- Cut cucumbers into bite size slices, but large enough to be able to scoop out two-thirds of the seeded middle to make a cup shake.
- Mix together the cream cheese, soy and Wasabi paste.
- Spoon into each cucumber cups.
- Top each with a piece of smoked salmon and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
