Smoked Salmon Cucumber Cups

  1. Peel cucumber lengthwise, leaving three dark green strips.
  2. Cut cucumbers into bite size slices, but large enough to be able to scoop out two-thirds of the seeded middle to make a cup shake.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, soy and Wasabi paste.
  4. Spoon into each cucumber cups.
  5. Top each with a piece of smoked salmon and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
