Cheese Nugget Bread
- 12 balls frozen white roll dough, thawed
- 4 ounces Cheddar cheese, cut into 24 (1/2-inch) cubes
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Grease 2 (8x4-inch) loaf pans.
- Cut each thawed roll in half.
- Shape each piece of dough around 1 cube cheese; dip in butter.
- Place 12 balls of dough into each prepared pan, layering if necessary.
- Pour any remaining butter over dough.
- Cover; let rise in warm place 20-30 minute or until double in size.
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Combine Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in bowl.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese mixture over tops of loaves.
- Bake 23-28 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from pans immediately.
