Slow Cooker Steak Soup

  1. Combine chuck , water, onion, celery, carrots, tomatoes, mixed vegetables, beef bouillon and pepper in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 12 hours.
  3. One hour before serving turn to high make a paste of melted butter and the flour, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour into slow cooker and stir well until blended, add salt.
  5. Continue cooking until thickened.
