Broccoli With Garlic and Asiago

  1. Simmer broccoli in 1/2 inch boiling, salted water in a shallow, covered skillet for 6-7 minutes, until tender.
  2. Drain broccoli and remove from pan.
  3. Return pan to stove top over medium heat.
  4. Add oil and garlic.
  5. Saute for 3 minutes.
  6. Add broccoli to skillet and coat with garlic oil.
  7. Transfer broccoli to serving dish and granish with asiago cheese curls.
  8. Enjoy!
