White Chocolate Strawberry Mousse With Raspberries
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 4 oz. LOUIS RICH CARVING BOARD Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 2 cups whipping cream
- raspberries
- Heat gelatin and water in double boiler over medium heat until gelatin dissolves and mixture is very syrupy, stirring occasionally.
- Add chocolate; cook until smooth, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Spread mixture into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- Scoop mixture into 8 dessert dishes.
- Garnish with raspberries and mint.
