Domestic Boursin Cheese

• 3 ounces cream cheese
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
• 1 tablespoon white wine dry
• 1 tablespoon parsley leaves minced
• 1 pinch thyme
• 1 pinch marjoram

1. Cream all ingredients thoroughly or use food processor with steel blade.
2. Chill for at least four hours.
3. Serve with crackers.
