Latino inspired dinner
- 2 cup flour tortilla mix
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 4 chicken breast boneless and skinless
- 1 Chipotle bullion cube
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 6 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 1/2 cup rice
- 6 oz water
- 29 oz chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 oz tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp ground cumin powder
- 1 Chipotle bullion cube
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1 can refried beans black beans 14 ounces
- 1 Chipotle bullion cube
- 2 can refried beans pinto fourteen ounces each
- take cut the chicken cut up into bite sized pieces
- take oil add cumin bullion paprika garlic add to oil mix well
- add chicken cook covered stirring occasionally
- after done add tomato sauce onions cook three minutes break up chicken cook 7 minutes simmering
- for rice add broth and cube to pot add spices boil liquid add rice cook stirring occasionally add tomato sauce and cook till craters appear cover remove from heat let sit undisturbed for 15 minutes
- knead dough 4 minutes after adding warm water and mixing form into balls let sit for 12 minutes
- press them out or roll them out
- spray hot pan with non stick fry one side till brown
- flip brown second side
- get oil hot add bullion cube desolve cube add beans stirring constantly after5 minutes serve
- add to tortillas beans and chicken
