Dad's Pepper Deer Steak & Rice for Two

  1. Brown round deer steak in oil.
  2. Stir in: tomato, peppers, soy sauce, and seasonings.
  3. Cover and cook 8 minutes.
  4. Blend together cornstarch and bouillon, stir into meat.
  5. Cover and simmer 5-8 minutes.
  6. Serve over steamed rice or brown rice.
