Braised Beef Italienne
- 2 lbs london broil beef
- flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 12 lb mixed mushrooms
- 15 ounces marinara sauce
- 12 cup dry red wine
- 12 teaspoon italian seasoning
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup water
- Cube beef and flour.
- Brown meat and onions in olive oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2.5 hours.
