Blue Berry Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Drain pineapple, reserving liquid.
  3. Add in sufficient water to make 1 c. and add in to gelatin.
  4. Add in berries and crushed pineapple to mix.
  5. Pour into 2-qt flat pan and refrigeratetill hard.
  6. Blend cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
  7. Spread over congealed gelatin.
  8. Sprinkle with nuts and chill.
