Toffee Blondie Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
  3. Combine cracker crumbs, milk and 1 cup toffee bits; press into bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Bake 15 to 18 min.
  5. or until centre is set.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  8. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition; spread onto dessert.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining toffee bits.
  10. Let stand until icing is firm.
  11. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
