Grilled Cheesy Ranch Burgers

  1. Mix hamburger ingredients well and make into 4 equal sized patties (place a dimple in the middle of each patty).
  2. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
  3. Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
  4. Place burgers on the grill directly over the heat.
  5. Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on the first side (gently rotate on the grill as needed to avoid the hot spots).
  6. When the juices begin to collect on the top of the burger "gently flip" them over and continue cooking.
  7. When the juices run clear, top with cheese before removing from the grill.
  8. Remove from the grill and cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Why they're cooling you can toast your buns directly on the grill.
