Pigs in a Blanket with an Asian Twist

  1. Place the smokies in a sealable bag and add the teriyaki baste.
  2. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove the smokies from the refrigerator and add with the sauce into a mixing bowl.
  4. Next place one smoky in the top center of the wonton.
  5. Fold the wonton up from the bottom over the smoky.
  6. Then fold the top corners down toward the smoky.
  7. Next wrap each of the bottom corners over the smoky and press gently to seal.
  8. Baste with remaining teriyaki sauce and place seam side down on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Serve warm with sweet and sour or hoisin sauce.
