Pigs in a Blanket with an Asian Twist
- 1 package (14 Oz. Size) Turkey Or Beef Smokies
- 1/2 bottles (12 Oz. Size) Teriyaki Baste And Glaze
- 1 package (14 Oz. Size) Wonton Wrappers
- 1/2 cups Sweet And Sour Sauce, To Serve
- 1/2 cups Hoisin Sauce, To Serve
- Place the smokies in a sealable bag and add the teriyaki baste.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove the smokies from the refrigerator and add with the sauce into a mixing bowl.
- Next place one smoky in the top center of the wonton.
- Fold the wonton up from the bottom over the smoky.
- Then fold the top corners down toward the smoky.
- Next wrap each of the bottom corners over the smoky and press gently to seal.
- Baste with remaining teriyaki sauce and place seam side down on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve warm with sweet and sour or hoisin sauce.
