Hot Creamy Burgers

  1. In a bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients, and shape into 4 patties.
  2. Place in a large skilletover medium heat, and cook each patty for 4 minutes on each side, and remove from skillet.
  3. In same skillet, whisk together soup, 2/3 cup water, thyme, and bell peppers, cook and stir until mixture is well blended.
  4. Return patties to skillet, cover, and simmer 5 minutes or until burgers are thoroughly cooked.
  5. Spoon over onion rolls.
