Choc-Orange Brownie Cakes .

  1. preheat oven to 180'C .
  2. Place the butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until melted and smooth .
  3. Place the eggs and Caster sugar in a bowl and whisk lightly to combine .
  4. Add the almond meal ,cocoa, orange liqueur and orange rind and fold through to combine .
  5. Pour into lightly greased 4+1-cup capacity muffin tins and bake for 25-30minutes or until just set .
  6. Cool in the tin .
  7. Dust with icing sugar and serve with cream and raspberries .
  8. + to line the muffin holes in the tray ,cut 8 strips of non stick baking paper and arrange 2 strips in a cross pattern to each base .
