Sauerkraut And Pork Recipe
- 1 1/2 but end pork (loin cut for company)
- 1 lg. can sauerkraut (for 2)
- Put sauerkraut in pan with pork on top.
- Add in sufficient water to slightly cover sauerkraut.
- Cover and bring to a boil and then turn down to simmer.
- Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
- If meat gets too done take it out and keep hot.
