Portuguese Soup Recipe

  1. Place beef, beans, potatoes and broth in large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour.
  3. Add in linguica cut in small slices and simmer for 30 min.
  4. Add in shredded cabbage, kale and salt and simmer till cabbage is tender.
  5. Add in tomatoes and butter and simmer another 10 min.
  6. Tastes better second time around.
  7. Serves 8.
