Bowties and Pepperoni
- 1 lb. bowtie noodles
- 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
- 1 qt. tomatoes, diced
- 1 lb. longhorn cheese
- 1 cup tomato juice
- Cook noodles.
- Set aside.
- Put pepperoni in a fry pan and cook lightly until grease comes out.
- Do not pour off.
- Add tomatoes and cook for a couple minutes.
- Put noodles in a long lightly casserole dish.
- Pour the tomatoes, pepperoni, cubed cheese and tomato juice over noodles and stir lightly.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
